What You Can Expect at Your First Session
Coming to counseling for the first time is a big step. It is my goal to make you feel welcome, comfortable and safe as we complete the necessary paperwork in your first session that allows the counseling process to begin.
Our initial session will feel like a conversation where I am getting to know you, your needs, concerns, and also learning about your strengths and interests, who you are as a person, rather than merely filling out forms. You deserve to be listened to, heard, and respected without judgement as you embark upon healing and living your best life. I consider it an honor and a privilege to accompany you on this journey.
